Shipments and returns

Shipping Policy

1. All parcels will be shipped with tracking number.
2. Please allow 2 working days after payment received for processing item to send out.
3. We will not be responsible once the parcel is send out from the post office.
4. At this time, we only ship domestic orders. Please contact us for international orders.

Shipping Method

1. Shipping rates are calculated based on weights and destination.
2. Shipping fee will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout in the order summary box.

Return and Refund policy

Some products are not eligible for return/refund. Please verify the eligibility under product description.

Should you wish to return/refund the item(s)

1. Email us the reason
2. Within 7 days from receiving your order (base on tracking record date) for delivery. or
3. Within 7 days from collecting your order (base on receipt) for self pickup.
